1. Administrators of the program
1.1 The Promotion is being administered by Think Wink Pty Ltd (‘Wink’) (ABN 56 062 426) on behalf of Hawaiian Pty Ltd trading as Hawaiian (ACN 062 193 426) (‘Hawaiian’).

2. Promotion period
2.1 The Promotion is open from 12.00am AWST Monday 20 June 2022 until 11:59pm AWST Sunday 24 July 2022.
2.2 Hawaiian and Wink may at any time, and at its absolute discretion (on provision of reasonable notice) choose to amend or alter the promotion.

3. Eligibility requirements
3.1 An individual is eligible for the cashback claim if they meet all the following criteria:

3.1.1 They have made purchases at any participating Hawaiian Shopping Centre. Participating shopping centres listed in Appendix 1.
3.1.2 They make their purchase(s) at the participating retail stores. Participating retailers outlined in Appendix 1.
3.1.3 They spend $60 or greater in 1-3 purchases.
3.1.4 They make their purchase(s) between 20 June 2022 and 24 July 2022.
3.1.5 They lodge their claim between 20 June 2022 – 12pm (AWST) 29 July 2022.

3.2 Participants must not be an employee of (or spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether full, half, step or by adoption, of an employee of the Promoters or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the promotion.

3.2.1 Participation in promotion is open to residents of Western Australia. A participant must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
3.2.2 All participants must be over the age of 18 to participate or have a guardian over the age of 18.
3.2.3 One entry per person.

3.3 This promotion excludes purchases from majors, food & beverage outlets, including fresh food, café/restaurant, and takeaway. The promotion also excludes the purchase of cigarettes, lottery tickets, pharmacy prescriptions and professional and tax services.

4. Cashback parameters
4.1 Individuals who meet all the criteria in 3.1 and 3.2 will receive a $20 Digital Prepaid Mastercard.
4.2 Cashback will be returned to the individual in the form of a generic Digital Prepaid Mastercard.

5. Claiming your Hawaiian branded Digital Mastercard cashback
5.1 Once an individual has reached the sum of $60 or greater, they will be able to submit a claim here littlejobsbigrewards.com.au, to receive a $20 Digital Prepaid Mastercard.
5.2 Individual claim submissions will be reviewed against the eligibility requirements. All entries in the Promotion will be reviewed by a representative of the Promoter.
5.3 Successful claims will be determined within three business days from the date of claim.
5.4 Successful individuals will receive their Digital Prepaid Mastercard via SMS from The Card Network within two to three business days of being deemed successful.
5.5 Unsuccessful claims will be determined within three business days and individuals will receive an email from Hawaiian advising their claim was unsuccessful.
5.6 The cashback reward will only be issued via a Digital Prepaid Mastercard and will not be redeemable in any other format.

6. Use of Digital Prepaid Mastercard
6.1 Upon receiving a Digital Prepaid Mastercard, individuals must download and activate the card within 30 days. Upon activation, the Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be valid for six months.
6.2 Digital Prepaid Mastercard’s can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
6.3 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Digital Prepaid Mastercard are not included. Any unused balance of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard will not be returned. Redemption of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Digital Prepaid Mastercard.

7. Privacy
7.1 Personal information will only be used and disclosed to third parties including, without limitation, Hawaiian, Wink and any Wink appointed technology or supplier partners relevant to the Hawaiian Little Jobs, Big Rewards campaign.
7.2 To conduct this promotion, distributing, and providing the Reward (including but not limited to using an eligible individual’s email address or mobile number to send them emails about this Promotion and to send them a Digital Prepaid Mastercard(s)), updating records and keeping Eligible individuals contact details up to date, and any related or ancillary purposes.
7.3 Wink will otherwise handle participants personal information in accordance with the terms herein or its Privacy Policy here.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Entering this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Schedule.
8.2 No prize is transferable or exchangeable, nor can it be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of any prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied for that element of the prize.
8.3 The promoter takes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen prizes once they are claimed.
8.4 The promoter reserves the right to refuse participation in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of claim. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of promotion, the decision of the promoter will be final and no further correspondence will be entered.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, Hawaiian may:
8.5 Suspend or withdraw all or any part of this Promotion for any reason and at any time; and/or
8.6 Vary the terms or content of all or any part of this Promotion including (without limitation) any time or date in this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
8.7 Hawaiian may not provide a Reward to an Eligible Customer who has not fully complied with these Terms and Conditions; and
8.8 To the extent permitted by law, Hawaiian will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense, or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion, including anything purchased with the Digital Prepaid Mastercard.

These terms and conditions should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
